Drill four deepwater exploration/appraisal wells in West African field for Australian operator.
Mobilize equipment and personnel into area with no oilfield infrastructure.
Solution:
Baker Hughes services included drill bits from Hughes Christensen; wireline logging from Baker Atlas; directional drilling, MWD/LWD, coring and drilling fluids from INTEQ; and well screens and packers from Baker Oil Tools.
Mobilized equipment and personnel from Italy, Germany, U.K., U.S.A. and Angola.
