call connects you to the ISOS network of multilingual
specialists for immediate help in an emergency. ISOS
services are designed to help you with medical, personal,
travel, security, and legal problems when away from
home. Call ISOS any time (24 hours/day; 7 days/week)
to speak with a physician or security specialist
about simple or critical matters.
Through the ISOS program, you and your family can use
this service for:
- Medical Assistance: Emergency medical and travel problems
- Personal Assistance: Contact information for embassies
and consulates worldwide. If you lose your passport
or credit cards, ISOS can help you in replacing important
documents and cards.
- Travel Assistance: Coordinating emergency travel arrangements
for a family member if you are hospitalized for more
than seven days.
- Security Services: Guidance and resources in the event
of civil or political unrest.
