Call ISOS any time (24 hours/day; 7 days/week) to speak with a physician or security specialist about simple or critical matters.

Through the ISOS program, you and your family can use this service for:

  • Medical Assistance: Emergency medical and travel problems
  • Personal Assistance: Contact information for embassies and consulates worldwide. If you lose your passport or credit cards, ISOS can help you in replacing important documents and cards.
  • Travel Assistance: Coordinating emergency travel arrangements for a family member if you are hospitalized for more than seven days.
  • Security Services: Guidance and resources in the event of civil or political unrest.
