Baker Hughes has designed a recruiting process
specifically tailored for university students. We
understand that entering the workforce after graduation
and beginning your career can be an overwhelming
experience, but it will also be one of the most exciting
times of your life! So, are you ready to join a team of
high performers? At Baker Hughes you will enjoy the
opportunity to Invent, Lead, Explore, Achieve…and much
more.
It Starts Here...
Baker Hughes is always looking for motivated candidates
to join our high performance organization. Campus career
fairs offer you the opportunity to meet our employees,
hiring managers, and recruiters so that you gain
first-hand knowledge of the Baker Hughes experience.
Are you up for the challenge?
If you decide that Baker Hughes is the organization for
you, you should register at your school's career center.
Let us know you are interested. Submit your resume for
the opportunity to participate in an interview.
What to expect...
If you are selected following an initial screening, you
will be invited to an interview. During the interview,
you will meet our recruiters and company professionals.
This is a general interview that gives Baker Hughes team
members the opportunity to get to know you and gives you
a chance to learn more about the company. Ultimately,
this interview will help recruiters determine if you are
a good fit for the company and will help you determine
if Baker Hughes is the place for you to begin your
career. Recruiters will also evaluate whether your
values are aligned with the Baker Hughes Core Values -
Integrity, Learning, Performance, Teamwork.
In addition, our recruiters will determine which of
our product lines or business units you might best be
suited for based on your education, skills, past
experience, interest-level, and career goals.
The second round...
After the interview, a recruiter may schedule a second
interview with you. You will meet with the hiring
manager to discuss the more technical aspects of your
experience and education and your knowledge of and
interest in the industry.
The offer...
Depending on the position, you may be invited to a third
interview. Or an offer may be extended after the second
round. Either way, you will receive notification from
the Company within 30 days of your last round
interviews.
We hope that you consider Baker Hughes. An
exceptional company is built by exceptional employees.
