HS&E Compliance

Baker Hughes is a responsible corporate citizen. We are committed to the health and safety of people and the protection of the environment. It’s a company policy to conduct business activities in a manner that does not harm people or the environment. Baker Hughes requires all employees to fully comply with this policy and all HSE standards, applicable laws, and regulations. We firmly believe that the commitment to HSE compliance adds value to our customers, employees, and shareholders.

The Health, Safety, Environment, and Security Management System (HSE&S MS) demonstrates our commitment to consistent, effective management of health, safety, and environmental matters. The HSE&S MS employs four key phases. These are Planning, Deployment, Review, and Improvement (PDRI). The system promotes continuous improvement by ongoing measurement and evaluation of performance against established standards. It also offers an effective HSE&S management interface with clients and contractors.

The Baker Hughes global HSE&S organization works to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, and communities.
