Low flow / low horsepower ESP systems

Baker Hughes is the only electrical submersible pumping (ESP) system provider that offers a complete system designed specifi cally to address a variety of low flow, low horsepower applications. Baker Hughes ESP systems are a reliable, efficient solution in wells up to 6,000 feet deep with flow rates as low as 50 barrels per day.

To address these low horsepower requirements, Baker Hughes incorporates proven technology tailored for the cost effi ciency needs of coalbed methane and traditional rodlift and progressing cavity pumping (PCP) equipment. Baker Hughes production systems for low flow, low horsepower applications are designed to provide maximum pump-off control, performance in sandy / abrasive environments and production flexibility. The system virtually eliminates short runs associated with rod pump failures in deviated wells and delivers the lowest total cost of ownership of any other artifi cial lift solution.
