ESP System Solution Boosted Run Life

Baker Hughes increased annual income USD 12.8 million

A California operator doubled its typical investment drilling a new well to a deeper zone with higher temperatures and a high fl uid gas content. Because of these challenging well conditions, the ESP system run life was shorter than the ESP systems in the fi eld’s shallower producing wells.

The operator had not drilled to this deeper, more complex zone in seven years and needed a production solution to overcome the challenges resulting from the high gas content and higher temperatures.
