Resistivity Services

Look deeper into your reservoir

Resistivity or its reciprocal, conductivity, is virtually always recorded as part of openhole logging operations. Our technology offerings combine other measurements like neutron, density, acoustic, and magnetic resonance to quantify effective porosity, saturations, and permeability.

We can now look even deeper into the formation and resolve increasingly thinner structures. We meet this need using the most sophisticated and comprehensive portfolio of Baker Hughes resistivity products. These include our High-Definition Induction LogTM (HDILTM), Rt eXplorerTM (RTeXTM) 3D eXplorerTM (3DeXTM), Dual LaterologTM, Micro-LaterologTM, and MinilogTM services. It also includes the powerful computational capabilities of our surface acquisition system.
