Baker Hughes pipeline cleaning services reduces operational problems with the most efficient, cost-effective solution for the specific pipeline conditions. This ensures you get the biggest cleaning improvement.

Your pipeline may need cleaning to prevent further corrosion, to be prepared for an inspection run, or simply to improve throughput and reduce operating cost. Different cleaning approaches may be required to achieve these results, depending on the type of debris and the product in the pipeline. A one-size-fits-all solution is not the way to go.

We offer different solutions for different situations. We have an extensive selection of in-house chemicals that remove different deposits from waxes to black powder. For very heavy debris loading, gel cleaning often is the most cost-effective solution. In either case, our mobile separation equipment removes pipeline debris, ensuring no carryover.

For dry pigging on ethylene or dry gas systems, we have filtration systems to remove particles down to 5 micron.

Regardless of the problem, our experienced team of engineers will optimize the cleaning solution for an improved operation.
