Permanent Downhole Monitoring Solutions

Get reliable, accurate pressure and temperature data from your well

Electronic pressure and temperature measurement systems are designed for permanent installation in downhole environments. They deliver both reliable and consistent flow of data as well as the considerable advantage of avoiding unnecessary costs. Real-time information can be used to determine production performance and reservoir characteristics and to control and optimize production rates.

Baker Hughes SureSENS™ permanent monitoring systems support multiple monitoring devices on a single tubing encapsulated cable (TEC) and interface with surface, subsea infrastructures, or floating facilities. Extensive qualification programs and superior metrology specifications offer the capability of delivering highly accurate information for extended periods of time. Gauges feature proprietary and high-resolution quartz crystal design and have numerous configurations providing flexible solutions for applications such as HPHT, high-rate gas wells, and subsea.

SureSENS 125LP Gauge System

The SureSENS™ 125LP monitoring system helps you monitor performance and optimize artificial lift operations with permanent gauges. The system delivers critical data on pump pressures and fluid temperature to help increase your artificial lift systems’ run life and can sustain bottomhole pressure up to 5,000 psi (344 bar) and temperatures up to 257°F (125°C).

SureSENS 150/175/175HP Gauge System

The SureSENS™ 150, 175, 175HP gauges for permanent downhole installation introduced the first fully-hybridized downhole electronic system designed for measuring static and dynamic pressures and temperatures. This system has proven higher reliability when compared to conventional printed control board (PCB) electronic systems, and is rated for operation at pressures less than 30,000 psi (2068 bar) and temperatures up to 347°F (175°C).

SureSENS QPT ELITE Gauge System

The SureSENS™ QPT ELITE gauge for permanent downhole installations measures static and dynamic pressures and temperatures while introducing a step change in reliability and accuracy. The ELITE electronics package provides superior reliability in demanding HPHT temperatures and qualifies the gauge for operation at pressures less than 30,000 psi (2068 bar) and temperatures up to 392°F (200°C).
