JewelSuite GeoMechanics software provides a proven workflow to help you optimize your well designs and define a safe operating window to maximize drilling performance, minimize drilling risk, and improve safety. With the wellbore stability module, you can analyze wellbore stability from well logs and drilling data and use the analysis to plan wells by calculating a critical mud weight window and a casing design that corresponds to wellbore failure criteria. You can also evaluate the drilling risk for proposed well plans by forecasting borehole stability along the well trajectory for a proposed mud program, and perform quantitative risk analysis.

With this module, you can reliably predict wellbore instability during drilling to mitigate wellbore collapse, tight hole, stuck pipe, excessive hole cleaning, fishing, kicks, lost circulation, formation damage, casing deformation, and sidetracks. You can drill wells with lighter mud weights, fewer casing strings, optimum wellbore trajectory, and less nonproductive time (NPT). You can also determine which data needs to be refined by improved data collection efforts to increase confidence in the results of the wellbore stability analysis.

The Wellbore Stability module accelerates your workflow and reduces errors.
