Completion Assembly Services
Baker Hughes completion assembly services reduce completion failure risk. Our expertise and technical skills satisfy the most demanding torquing, testing, and inspection of OCTGs and completion subassembly work.
We can perform these services at our dedicated facilities in Aberdeen or Broussard, Louisiana, at numerous other locations around the world, or anywhere you need us 24/7. These strategically located facilities enable you to assemble and test any kind of completion assembly.
In Aberdeen, our 26,000-ft2 [2,415-m2] workshop—equipped with five overhead cranes—offers internal completion subassembly and component storage. Three pressure test cells and four torque stations with a torque range up to 180,000 ft/lb can handle sizes up to 54-in. [1,372-mm] diameter conductor casing. Basket loading and unloading capabilities are available. Other locations around the world also offer bucking services.
Mobile services when and where you need us
With our versatile, cost-effective mobile bucking system, our experts perform completion component torquing and testing. We also do stack-up tests and offer drillpipe break-in services. By using top-loading machines and our own power packs and torque-turn systems, we can complete work in hours that our competitors take days to perform.
Customized services to track your assets
You can use our component storage and asset tracking services for efficient management of your completions inventory. We can make up assemblies from in-stock components, in addition to pressure testing and loading out the completed assembly. This service also includes the specialized Completions Manager™ software.
