We’ve begun an ambitious investment program to build new facilities, upgrade and expand capacity at existing locations, and help to develop the local economies where we work.

Drilling challenges
We’ve built a proven track record of drilling the most-challenging well trajectories using superior technology—such as our AutoTrak™ rotary closed-loop system with PDC and Tricone™ drill bits—in all of the major African hydrocarbon basins.
Our completions and sand control technology are improving well inflow performance and reducing the well footprint. Chemical injection treatments are helping to maintain the flow of waxy crudes found in Africa or inhibiting corrosion. Tool metallurgy can be appropriately designed to reduce overall cost. BEACON™ collaboration centers enable a better approach to your project, no matter where you plan to drill.
Whether steering extended-reach horizontal wells accurately in shallow, unconsolidated formations or working in a remote desert location on a HP/HT reservoir, our directional drilling and formation evaluation services reduce rig time. We deliver your wells with substantially reduced technical and economic risk.

Geomarkets
All three of our African geomarkets utilize our BEACON service to monitor real-time performance of remote drilling operations and assist on critical well applications.
