Our region strives for continuous improvement through the implementation of several QA and failure analysis applications and processes. We work with our customers on Quality System Requirements for the Petroleum, Petrochemical, and Natural Gas Industries.

The Russia Caspian Region Quality Assurance and Reliability teams guide our field operations on process conformity and compliance through regular facility and process audits, including supplier compliance to Baker Hughes requirements.

Data are collected and analyzed to identify continuous improvement opportunities. Six Sigma^® tools are applied to execute these improvements using the DMAIC define, measure, analyze, improve, and control process.

The Baker Hughes Quality System is supported through regular management reviews at all levels of the organization. Customer satisfaction is measured at regular intervals through performance reviews, interviews, and surveys. All feedback is reviewed locally and globally so these best practices can be implemented.
