Trendmaster™ Pro is a powerful online vibration monitoring solution designed to simplify and scale machine condition monitoring. Using a single-cable sensor network, it connects hundreds of permanently mounted transducers and measurement points, delivering high-fidelity waveform and spectrum data directly to System 1™ software.
With its intuitive interface, System 1™ enables easy tracking, alerting, and analysis of machinery performance—helping teams detect issues early and make faster, more informed maintenance decisions.
Engineered for cost-effective monitoring, Trendmaster™ Pro is ideal for assets of intermediate criticality—equipment that doesn’t require immediate shutdown protection but demands more frequent insight than traditional monthly portable monitoring can provide.
Built for harsh environments, including hazardous areas with explosive gases, the system offers robust performance where reliability is critical.
Trendmaster™ Pro supports a wide range of sensors, including:
- Vibration (acceleration, velocity, displacement)
- Temperature (RTDs and K-type thermocouples)
- Pressure
- Process variables (4–20 mA, 0–5 V)
- Rack buffered outputs
Each Transducer Interface Module (TIM) provides two channels of measurement, enabling flexible and scalable system design.
The Trendmaster Pro online condition monitoring system is ideal for your medium criticality machines:
- Dynamic Scanning Modules - Strategically placed throughout your plant, DSMs accept one to six sensor bus cables to produce a distributed network of condition monitoring sensors.
- Frequently polled - Sensors on each bus are polled sequentially every few minutes, allowing the system to collect data from thousands of connected sensor points.
- Low installation and hardware costs - innovative architecture utilizes point-to-point wiring rather than running all field wiring all the way back to a central location.
