Launched in 2022, Carbon Out is our global employee engagement program designed to empower individuals and teams across the business to integrate sustainability into daily operations.
Carbon Out equips employees with the resources, tools, and support needed to successfully implement initiatives that reduce our direct and indirect emissions footprint. The program promotes knowledge sharing, strengthens sustainable decision‑making, and enhances workplace efficiency while helping to minimize operational costs.
