Italian Minister for Economic Development

Ms. Guidi was appointed Minister of Economic Development in February 2014. She has a Graduate Degree in Law from Modena University, and an MBA from Profingest of Bologna Professional. She began her carreer as a Financial Analyst with Rolo Finance, and has since held a number of high-profile postions including: Vice President of the Federation for Emilia Romagna Region (2002-2005), President of the Young Entrepreneurs of Emilia Romagna (2002-2005), Vice President of the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria (2005-2008), President of Confindustria Young Entrepreneurs (2008-2011), Vice President of Confindustria (2008-2011), Vice President of Ducati Energia S.p.A., Director G.M.G. Group Srl, Director of the Group DUCATI Energia SpA, Member of the Trilateral Commission (MI), Director of the Italian Investment Fund SGR SpA (designated by the Ministry of Economy and Finance), and Member of the General Council of the Aspen Institute Italy.
