This recognition reflects our sustainability strategy in action, actively supporting the communities where we live and work and translating commitment into tangible results. Most importantly, it highlights the dedication, generosity and compassion of our employees, whose collective service hours help transform volunteer efforts into meals for neighbors in need.

Baker Hughes has a long-standing partnership with the Houston Food Bank, with employees across Houston regularly volunteering through team-based initiatives, employee resource groups and individual service opportunities. These efforts play a critical role in strengthening food security across our community. Baker Hughes was also recognized in 2023 with the President’s Volunteer Service Award from Houston Food Bank.

We are grateful to our volunteers for their continued service and to the Houston Food Bank for the vital work they do every day. Together, we are helping build stronger, healthier communities.
