Haithem A. Al- Balawi

Haithem Al-Balawi, Director of HR Systems Support Department at Saudi Aramco where he has been employed for the last 20 years. Haithem obtained both his BS degree in Electrical Engineering and an Executive MBA from King Fahad University for Petroleum and Minerals.
He started his career with Saudi Aramco in the field of Industrial Security as a Security Systems Engineer and has successfully completed other key organizational roles with increasing responsibility since then. During his tenure, he has led different organizations with diverse scopes of responsibility including maintenance engineering, industrial security operations, project management, traffic safety, knowledge transfer and change management and, most recently, in Human Resources.
Over the past six years, Haithem lead various functions in HR mainly the HR Systems, Workforce Planning and Analytics, Talent Acquisition and HR Policies and Compensation. Haithem is also actively involved in the World Economic Forum (WEF) in fields related to the future of jobs and the readiness of the organization.
