Ilham Kadri

Ilham Kadri is CEO and President of the Executive Committee of Solvay, an advanced materials and specialty chemicals multinational based in Belgium, since 1 March 2019. Before Solvay, she was CEO and President of Diversey, a U.S.- headquartered leader in hygiene and cleaning solutions, having led its turnaround and successful sale to Bain Capital.
Dr. Kadri is a world citizen with a rich professional experience across a variety of industries in four continents, with leading multinationals, including Shell, UCB, Huntsman, Dow Chemical and Sealed Air.
Dr. Kadri holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from L’Ecole des Hauts Polymères in Strasbourg and a PhD in Macromolecular Physiochemistry from Strasbourg’s Louis Pasteur University.
