President, ExxonMobile Development Company
Neil Duffin has served as President of ExxonMobil Development Company since 2007. In this role, he stewards a diverse, global portfolio including over 100 projects designed to develop 20 billion barrels of oil equivalent. Through his career, he has held a number of leadership roles with operational responsibility in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. Neil joined Mobil Oil Company in 1979 after graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. In addition to his responsibilities with ExxonMobil Development Company, Neil serves on the Board of Directors for the US-Russia Business Council, the Offshore Energy Center and the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
