HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 24, 2001--Baker Hughes Incorporated (NYSE:BHI)(PCX:BHI)(EBS:BHI) announced today that Sandra E. Alford, 56, has been appointed corporate secretary.
Ms. Alford, a 20-year veteran of Baker Hughes, has served in a variety of roles in the company's legal department. Most recently, she has served as the legal department administrative manager and board of directors coordinator. Prior to this, she served as the legal information systems administrator and senior legal assistant. She has also served as manager of intellectual property and assistant secretary.
Ms. Alford attended California State University and Western Illinois University. She is a member of the American Society of Corporate Secretaries and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals.
