Our packers are the reliable choices for your projects.
The SC-1 sand control packer is simple to install and retrieve. Primarily, used for gravel pack applications, it can also be used as a standard completion packer where a retrievable production packer is required. The packer is fully compatible with standard sealing accessories, including retrievable and expendable plugs. The SC-1 series is very flexible with easy conversion to a temporary bridge plug.
The SC-2 fully retrievable, high-performance retainer production packer also can be used as a completion packer in HP/HT wells. Simple to install and retrieve, this technology offers anchoring and sealing for sand control completions where a premium retrievable production packer is required.
The HP-1 packer is used primarily for premium gravel and frac-pack applications. It is also used as a standard completion packer in HP/HT wells where a premium retrievable production packer is required. The packer is fully compatible with standard sealing accessories, including retrievable and expendable plugs. The HP-1 packer, which can be easily converted to a temporary bridge plug, is available with an optional larger sealing bore in the upper end, permitting larger bore-through packer accessories.
The RS-DG™ full-opening set-down packer with button-type hold-down and built-in unloader is used in one-trip—perforate and pack—applications. It serves first as the perforating packer and then as the sump packer for the Frac-Pack assembly. The packer sets and releases easily and dependably with no rotation required. The built-in unloader system controls fluid surge and reduces the risk of swabbing-off the packing element of the frac assembly packer. The packer also permits circulation completely around the tool from the bottom up, which lets you circulate out materials that could impair retrievability.
