Baker Hughes ESP monitoring solutions improve ESP performance and extend run life with reliable downhole data.

Run life is extended and production is increased through ensuring optimum drawdown for improved ESP efficiency, preventing pump-off, overload, and thermal cycling. The sensor system provides accurate, responsive, temperature readings for the pump intake, sensor electronics, and motor winding. The downhole sensors transmit data back to surface control system, which interprets the condition of the ESP for enhanced monitoring control.

Our portfolio of WellLIFT systems are versatile and cost effective, including WellLIFT™ N, WellLIFT™ H, WellLIFT™ HP, and WellLIFT™ E ESP monitoring systems. Depending on your specific needs, the following can be provided: intake pressure, fluid temperature, motor temperature, electronics temperature, discharge pressure, discharge temperature, vibration, current leakage, phase voltage to ground, run time, signal noise percentage, gauge system voltage, and output frequency.
