Created in 2005 as a concrete and innovative way of supporting the industry, the Baker Hughes University is a fullstream educational program available to young talents at our customers’ organizations. It offers a comprehensive deep dive into the world of energy, and the chance for participants to become part of a global network of future leaders.

The program provides the leadership and technical skills needed to manage the evolution of this complex and fast-paced industry. Its main goal is to create a global forum based on knowledge-sharing and a shared vision about the future of the sector, giving major industry players the chance to foster their relations and build new synergies.
