The School of Energy Studies
Focuses on both field and functional aspects of the energy industry and spans across the lifecycle of the field. The curriculum includes courses on the energy industry, Baker Hughes and Oilfield Services & Equipment, and Product Segments.
The School of Professional Studies
Offers courses on communication and presentation, project management, conflict management, leadership development, and teamwork and collaboration. The aim is to enhance the professional skills of participants and prepare them for leadership roles.
The School of Business Studies
Provides courses on business concepts, financial acumen, and project management. The curriculum is designed to help participants understand the business lifecycle, analyze opportunities, and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals.
The School of Customer Enrichment
Focuses on building the skills of the customer’s top talent. Our program also features a progressive learning framework that is defined by the competencies & skills required at each organizational level from early career to management.
