BeamMaster Pro: Industrial X-Ray Inspection System with Waygate Technologies
This solution is designed for high-performance industrial X-ray inspection systems in demanding production environments. It consists of two main components: a primary unit integrated with Waygate Technologies' advanced X-ray tubes, and an external E-box for installation outside the protective cabinet. The system is engineered for seamless compatibility with the Titan Neo high-voltage generator and stationary digital flat-panel detectors. It is fully controlled via the Rhythm Insight RT software platform, enabling precise image acquisition, real-time diagnostics, and automated defect recognition (ADR). This configuration ensures optimal image quality, system reliability, and workflow efficiency in non-destructive testing (NDT) applications across automotive, aerospace, and electronics manufacturing.
E-Box Integration and OPC-UA Connectivity for BeamMaster Pro
The BeamMaster Pro system features a modular architecture, with the base unit connected to an external E-Box that houses critical control electronics and power components. The E-Box is installed outside the radiation-shielded cabinet and interfaces with the Rhythm Insight RT software platform via a high-speed Ethernet connection. Communication between system components is based on the OPC-UA (Open Platform Communications Unified Architecture) protocol—an industry-standard, platform-independent communication framework widely adopted in industrial automation and NDT environments. This ensures robust data exchange, future-proof integration, and seamless interoperability with external X-ray equipment, factory automation systems, and Industry 4.0 infrastructures.

Hardware is controlled through Insights RT user-interface.
Once operator selects the technique, and pushes ''Start'', the whole workflow will run automatically: warm-up X-Ray, loading correct DDA calibrator file, position correct filter(s), open shutter, position collimator & start image acquisition, ramp-down X-Ray, image send to Review.
All hardware components used are standard available components: future proof.
