Meg Gentle is an Executive Director of the Board of HIF Global, where she is developing multi-billion dollar projects that will recycle CO2 from the atmosphere and combine it with green hydrogen to produce carbon-neutral eFuels for the transportation sector, enabling the decarbonization of existing cars, trucks, ships, airplanes. 

Prior to HIF, Meg spent her career developing large scale energy infrastructure projects which pioneered the emergence of the United States as the largest supplier of natural gas to the international market and paved the way for U.S. leadership delivering cleaner energy in the fight against climate change. Meg has served in numerous senior management positions of publicly traded companies, including President and CEO of Tellurian Inc, CFO, EVP Marketing, and SVP Strategic Planning and Finance of Cheniere Energy Inc, and Manager of Strategic Planning for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. She has served on the board of directors of Cheniere Energy Partners and Tellurian and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Ovintiv, a leading North American energy producer, and HIF Global, an innovative decarbonization company. Meg is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Atlantic Council and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. An active philanthropist in her community, Meg serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Visitors of the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, the Governing Board of Casa de Esperanza – the “House of Hope” for children in crisis in Houston, and the White House Historical Association in Washington, D.C. She has a B.A. in international affairs and economics from James Madison University and an MBA from Rice University.
