Onursal holds a BSc Hons. Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. He has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, gained in senior positions at Shell, Lasmo and ENI. Since joining LEA in 2002, Onursal has advised companies on strategy development, implementation, acquisitions and divestments.

Founded in 1999, LEA is headquartered in London, with representation in Oslo, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Tokyo.
