From general use to small footprint probes and integral weld probes, our phased array weld inspection probes are durable and ergonomic. Small footprint probes fit on standard single element MSWS wedges (comparable to standard single element MSWS probes with phased array capabilities), while integral wedge probes are designed similar to conventional probes, allowing for easy transfer from conventional to phased array inspection with existing mechanics.
You can use our general weld inspection probes with wedges, delay lines, or wear caps for sector scanning or linear scanning. Three different connector types are available for greater flexibility.
The small contact area on these probes fits on standard single element MSWS wedges—comparable to standard single element MSWS probes with phased array capabilities. They are available with 3 different connectors.
Our integral wedge probes are durable and ergonomically designed with a die-cast housing, similar to conventional probes. They allow for easy transfer from conventional to phased array inspection with existing mechanics and probe holders that can be reused. With non-detachable wedges, there is no coupling loss between the probe and the wedge. You can also extend service life with replacement soles (sold separately).
