Bently Nevada, a Baker Hughes business, has signed a 5-year Frame Agreement with PETRONAS, to provide the Bently Nevada System 1† software upgrades, maintenance services and training, in support of PETRONAS’ strategy to leverage digital technologies, expertise and infrastructure to drive business outcomes.

The digital technology included in the Frame Agreement promotes data liberalization, where diagnostic experts in the region or at HQ can analyze the critical data to provide early warnings and predictive maintenance solutions for critical assets. The solution comes with a cyber security compliant network architecture to protect the OT systems on premise’s.

This Frame Agreement represents the partnership between Bently Nevada and PETRONAS in a challenging period.

“We have been working closely together with PETRONAS to identify improvement opportunities for condition monitoring systems in more than 30 plants across the oil and gas value chain. A framework for partnership has been established, enabling us to take our collaboration to the next level,” said KH Hor, Bently Nevada APAC sales leader.
