Community service and volunteerism
Our employees demonstrate our value of care when they volunteer their time to help others. We logged more than 39,064 employee volunteer hours logged around the world, an increase of 43.7% YoY.
Philanthropic contributions
We pledged and contributed approximately $2.4 million in strategic grants through the Baker Hughes Foundation in support of the UN Sustainable Development Goals in 2023.
