Efficiently capture debris located at the well bottom or that was generated during well operations with the Baker Hughes's vectored annular cleaning system (VACS™) G2.  Built on field-proven VACS technology, this modular design offers enhanced performance and ease of handling to save time and lower risk, particularly in deepwater applications.

 

Optimize wellbore cleaning with proven, modular design

The VACS G2 system is designed to maximize your wellbore cleaning operations in minimal time. Once deployed in your well, the system draws well fluid through its jet nozzles, where the jet engine produces increased suction pressure at the base of the tool. This pressure effectively pulls in both fine and larger debris or junk from the well into the tool basket.

The VACS G2 engine is optimized to give you increased reliability and performance during a variety of operations, including post perforating and sump packer cleaning, packer plug or bridge plug retrieval, and junk retrieval for openhole or cased hole.

The VACS G2 has also been optimized to improve your rig handling procedures. Each module can be manipulated by standard rig elevators, removing the need for on-site assembly, specialized equipment, or other special rigging requirements. These simplified handling processes eliminate many potential operational and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) risks and reduce nonproductive time (NPT) at the rig. You can easily deploy modules to increase debris recovery, when you need it.
